After he had an operation on his knee, we increased his intake of Aloe Vera juice and applied the gel regularly – something we believed reduced bruising and helped get him back on his feet. These photos of the Manufacturing plant show the blending room tanks where our 99.7% Aloe Vera Juice (Certified Organic) is converted to the gel, and also the tubing machine that is used to pack the product for bulk tube orders. A portable stainless steel tank is used to transport the gel from the blending room to the tubing room which is in the same GMP suite.
All air in the manufacturing rooms is filtered to an ISO F7 or ISO F8 standard, and both the air and room surfaces are routinely monitored for microbial contamination. The products are micro tested also.
