Hydrating Aloe Vera Iced Tea Print recipe
Ingredients
* 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Fruity Oasis tea
*. 1 cup hot water2 tbsp Fresh Aloe Vera gel
* ½ cup coconut water (unsweetened)
* ½ tsp chia seeds (optional)
* 1 tsp fresh aloe vera gel
* 1 tsp agave syrup to taste
* 1 lime wedge
* Mint leaves to garnish
* Ice

Directions
Step 1
Brew tea in hot water for 7-10 minutes, then strain into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a clear 12-16 oz glass, add chia seeds, agave and coconut water. Stir to combine and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
Step 3
To extract the aloe vera gel, peel skin off the leaf and slice lengthwise like a fish. Scoop out clear gel with a spoon, avoiding the yellow bit just below the rind.
Step 4
Add aloe vera gel to coconut water mixture. Pour in brewed tea, top with ice and garnish with mint leaves and a squeeze of lime. Sip up and cool off.
Matcha, Aloe Vera, Chia Pudding
Ingredients* 2 Perfect Spoonfuls of Matcha Ice Cream tea or flavoured matcha
* ¼ cup hot water
* 1 cup yogurt
* 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
* ¼ cup chia seeds
* 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings of your choice
Directions
Step 1
Steep tea (or whisk matcha powder) in hot water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix yogurt, coconut milk, vanilla, agave, chia seeds and prepared matcha until well combined.
Step 3
Pour mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate covered for 30 minutes or overnight.
Step 4
Spoon matcha chia pudding into a bowl and add your toppings. Enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
